tftpの許可ホストを設定
デフォルトでDHCP動いてるから、LAN1にPC繋げば 192.168.100.2 に
# tftp host 192.168.100.2 #
Windows7からデフォルトでは tftp clientはインストールされないので
コントロールパネル -＞ プログラムと機能 -> Windowsの機能の有効化または無効化
ここから tftpクライアントをインストール
（ついでにtelnetクライアントもインストールしておいた）
コマンドプロンプトを開き、RTX1200の Firmwareがあるディレクトリに移動してコマンド実行
> tftp -i 192.168.100.1 put rtx1200.bin exec
Firmwareが転送されUpdateが完了すると自動的に再起動するので待つ
